F-111B 151970 was the first F-111B built.  It's first flight (and first F-111B flight) was on 18 May 1965 crewed by Ralph 'Dixie' Donnell and Ernie Von Der Hayden.

Ejection seats were fitted to the aircraft.

Scrapped December 1969.

Remains of F-111B 151970 lay at rest in a Washington scrap metal yard (January 1999), until the yard went out of business.  By July 2000, the remains we used by 'firies'. Nothing remains of this aircraft.
