Colonel David F MacGhee, Mrs. Dianna Lorence, and her son Peter read the inscription on the memorial during the dedication ceremony of the new Wings of Liberty Memorial Park on RAF Lakenheath, U.K. Mrs. Lorence is the widow of Captain Paul Lorence who was shot down over Libya in 1986 during Operation Eldorado Canyon. He flew an F-111F and was assigned to the 48th Tactical Fighter Wing, RAF Lakenheath.
