This was the last of seven F-111B, completed on 28th February 1969. It was the second   model two use the TF-30-P-12 engines and Super Plow intakes with double blow in doors. Last mission flown March 23 1971, and had logged 234 flights and 222.0 flight hours. The aircraft was retired and struck off in May 1971 then stored at NAWS China Lake, California.
